Baritone Randall Stewart is a versatile opera and concert singer who has been a Pacific Opera Telstra Wholesale Young Artist in 2009 and 2010. In 2009, Randall performed as the Male Swing in Opera Australia's NSW Schools Company production of Rossini’s Cinderella. His professional debut was in the Sydney Symphony's Olympic Arts Festival performances of Wagner's Götterdämmerung, while as a student at the Sydney Conservatorium. He has since performed with Opera Australia, Operett Vilag, Victorian Opera, Co-Opera, and Rockdale Opera Company. Randall has sung many operatic roles including Giorgio Germont in La traviata, Marcello in La boheme, Bob in The Old Maid and the Thief, Leporello in Don Giovanni, L’Imperial Commissario in Madama Butterfly, Herr Fluth in Die Lustigen Weiber von Windsor and Doctor Falke in Die Fledermaus, as well as the solos in Handel’s Messiah, and Haydn’s Missa Sancti Nicolai. A recipient of the Opera South Vocal Study scholarship, he has also performed with Michael Crawford and for the President of Sabah, Malaysia.
2010 engagements have included performing the Father in Pacific Opera's production of Hansel and Gretel; and touring Japan, Hong Kong and Brunei with Encore Vocal Group.
